We loved the hotel's convenient location to the airport and nearby shopping mall with lots of restaurant options. The staff at the hotel were cute and helpful, and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. the breakfast buffet was delicious and reasonably priced, with tasty cheese bread and good coffee.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the central location of the hotel. It was surrounded by many restaurants and a shopping mall, which made it easy to find entertainment and dining options. We also appreciated the friendly staff who warmly greeted us upon arrival and offered helpful suggestions during our stay. The room that we stayed in was modern, clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Our romantic getaway was slightly ruined by the uncomfortable bed and pillows that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Lastly, we were frustrated with the unreliable Wi-Fi connection, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

I had a great stay at Ibis! The room wasnice and neat, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall with plenty of dining options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, close to a big shopping mall and lots of restaurants. the breakfast buffet was great value and had delicious coffee. the staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke good English and gave us great advice about places to visit in the area.
The water in our room had a strange smell, but we were reassured that it was safe for washing. We were also disappointed that we couldn't open the windows, but luckily the air conditioning worked well.

the location was great, with plenty of restaurants and a big shopping mall nearby. It was also convenient for transportation, with easy access to both Cogonhas and Guarulhus airports. Plus, we loved the nearby park for a stroll. the room was clean with comfortable beds, and the breakfast buffet was good value for the price.
We did notice an unpleasant odor in the water, which was a bit disconcerting.
